Edward Holroyd Pearce (Director)
Edward read Oriental Studies (Chinese) at Trinity College, Cambridge and obtained a Masters of Science in International Management for China from the University of London (SOAS). He spent six months at Beijing University and three months in Singapore studying Mandarin. Professionally, Edward was as an assistant manager at China Eastern Airlines before working in an asset management company with over US$2Billion under management and specializing in investments into China. Edward co-founded CRCC Asia in 2006 and has been heavily involved in various M&A projects, company due diligence and strategic analysis. Edward is a founding member of the China Alliance Network and has been interviewed for TV and radio for his expertise on China. He is also involved in supporting charities in Thailand and China.

Eddie McArdle (Associate)
Eddie has worked with China for ten years and specializes in sales/marketing and Supply Chain Management. He established a new Business Division for Unilever in the South West of China. This involved recruiting and Training a group of young Chinese graduates in Distribution, Sales, Marketing and Finance and building a Distributor Network for the South West (circa the size of Continental Europe) and operating in profit within 3 years before localising the business.

Bill Donnelly (Associate)
Bill is a specialist Senior Consultant in HR and has been working in the Chinese market since 2002. He has coached and trained Board Directors and Senior Public servants across a wide range of countries and brings hands on International experience to Chinese JV enterprises and Western entries. Bill has developed and delivered "fusion training" programs appropriate to the China market. He has developed Accreditation and Quality Assurance programs for Chinese JV's.

Sally Broom (Associate)
Sally Broom is founder of travel connection website YourSafePlanet, putting travellers in touch with trusted local contacts. Sally has a keen interest in bringing new cultural experiences to the travel market and is enthusiastic about encouraging UK-Chinese exchange. Sally is actively involved in UK Enterprise activities both nationally as an Ambassador for Make Your Mark as well as locally in her home region of Furness in the North West of England. Sally works with CRCC Asia’s internship program in developing its responsible travel ethos and promoting China in the eyes of independent travelers.

Veronica Howard (Marketing Manager)
Veronica Howard lived in Beijing for three years and gained a deep interest in Chinese culture. She completed an undergraduate degree in East Asian Studies at the University of Toronto, in addition to a Master’s in Chinese politics and modern history at the London School of Economics and Political Science. Prior to joining CRCC Asia, she worked as a consultant on Asian development projects at the Canadian International Development Agency, and also at the Canadian Embassy in Beijing. Veronica is a Mandarin speaker, and is committed to promoting UK-China links at CRCC Asia.
