USA University Partnerships Manager

Location: Philadelphia

The role of USA University Partnerships Manager will be based in our Old City, Philadelphia Office.  

Role:

CRCC Asia is currently hiring for a dynamic mid-level position within its US university relations department. The position will be based in Philadelphia and report to the Director of Institutional Relations, also located in Philadelphia. The focus of the role will pertain to business development and account management of university programs in the field of international education. The position will work collaboratively with our US and global teams to strengthen existing relationships as well as establish new relationships at higher education institutions across the United States.

 

Responsibilities:

Business development duties:

  • Manage a portfolio of pending university partner programs; overseeing strategy for finalizing programs with potential partner institutions
  • Attend, and plan, networking events
  • Develop, conduct, and evaluate campaigns to establish contact with new institutions across North  Focus: Business Development
  • Visiting partner institutions on campus to conduct recruitment and/or pe-departure events as required or requested by each partner institution
  • Attending and presenting at conferences
  • Event planning
  • Assisting university relations teams in preparing for conferences
  • Market research
  • Some travel required, mainly within North America, with potential to travel outside of the US to some of CRCC Asia’s programs

 

Account management duties:

  • Manage a portfolio of university programs spanning a variety of program models including standard, custom, faculty-led, and partial services programs.
  • Collaborate with university partners to plan the logistics of each year program, passing on key details and program descriptions to program location teams
  • Work with admissions teams to establish correct protocol for pre-departure
  • Conduct thorough evaluations of each program following their close each term
  • Create post-program reports and sharing with key team members
  • Conduct campaigns to grow relationships with new departments and contacts laterally across campus.
  • Operate as a consultant on establishment of new programs to university partner contacts as they navigate the creation of new international internship programs on campus (Not every university will require this).
  • Work with university partners to foster relationships with participants and alumni of the program, growing the number of global ambassadors at partner universities
  • Work with digital teams and marketing colleagues to create co-branded marketing materials for custom programs
  • Visit partner institutions on campus to conduct recruitment and/or pe-departure events as required or requested by each partner institution
  • Work with program location staff members to collect weekly and bi weekly reports on student progress, and reporting back any incident or medical reports to the partner institution
  • Attend and present at conferences

Europe University Relations Manager

Location: London

The role of Europe University Relations Manager will be based in our London Office.  

 

Role:

CRCC Asia is looking for a passionate individual looking to enter the field of international education. The Europe University Relations Manager will be responsible for growing CRCC Asia’s network of partner universities outside of the UK- focusing on Europe. They will support these universities  as they develop study abroad and internship programs in Asia.

 

An interest and passion for international education, study abroad programs, Asia, business development and marketing, will be highly favoured.

 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop relations and promote partnerships with European universities/institutions for our internship programs
  • Working with university partners to build a framework for our Internship programs centered around 5 learning outcomes – Employability, Cultural Agility, China Knowledge, Sector Specific Knowledge and Global Guanxi.
  • Account manage university partners- including sending regular participant updates to universities
  • Attend international education conferences and related networking events to promote CRCC Asia as an international education program leader
  • Writing content for international education proposals and present at conferences and events on behalf of CRCC Asia
  • Formulate strategy and conduct offline marketing trips to universities, including: careers fairs, study abroad fairs, graduate/internship presentations, international employability seminars
  • Support advising sessions over the phone with applicants to ensure eligibility for CRCC Asia’s Programs.
  • Support management of participant applicant information within CRM system
  • Ability to research and learn key employment and industry trends of our program locations to best advise students and universities of opportunities

Role:

As a HR Associate (intern) you will be  reporting directly to the Director of Business Operations in London. Responsibilities include:

 

  • Support roll out of a new HR system across all 9 global offices
  • Refining on-boarding process and documentation
  • Developing a mandatory training structure for global employees
  • Creation of Global HR employee handbook
  • Supporting with general HR Administration including preparing offer letters, contracts of employment, change letters, probation confirmation letters, resignation acceptance letters, managing the reference process, updating job descriptions
  • Maintaining company documentation including organization charts and HR tracker
  • Completing references in line with required timescales

Business Systems Associate (Internship)

The role of the Business Systems Associate will be based in the London office, working directly with the Director of Business Operations

 

Role:

 

This unique position is focused on implementing various system initiatives across the business.

 

The individual will be exposed to the company’s  global business operations, procedures, and processes.

 

The role will be to grasp the needs of the business in terms of system and process improvements, identify potential technological or procedural solutions, and directly implement them into the organisation.

 

As such, the individual will need to be technically competent or able to understand areas such as email hosting, CRM, and VOIP.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Optimisation of CRM (Zoho)- creating business analytics dashboards
  • Migration of email hosting provider
  • Replacement of existing telephone/skype provider with a VOIP provider
  • Data manipulation/ cleansing within Excel
  • Website optimisation – including non-technical updates on WordPress
  • Research project regarding a dedicated mobile app
  • Support implementation of a global HR system
  • Ad Hoc duties to support Director of Business Operations

Business Development and Partners Relations Intern

Location: Manchester, UK

Schedule: 10-15 hours per week (3-6 months), starting September 2018

Introduction to the role

The internship with CRCC Asia will take place within the business development department. The intern will have the opportunity to work closely with our team to manage our network of host companies, create marketing materials, conduct communication campaigns to increase knowledge of CRCC Asia’s programs and participate in meetings with managers of our host companies. The position offers a unique professional opportunity providing insight and skill development related to a variety of fields including higher education, international education, career development, international relations, travel and tourism.

 

Main Tasks
  • Identify, list, contact and convince host companies to expand our offering of positions to international students.
  • Organize and attend meetings with potential host companies.
  • Liaise with existing and new host companies
  • Assist in securing positions in the host companies for international students
  • Assist marketing team in creating marketing materials you will need
  • Develop onboarding strategies with the Manchester GM and Director of Global Initiatives
  • Assist the rest of the team during the course of the program

Introduction to the role

As our internship programs in Asia continue to impress our participants, university partners, and government education authorities, CRCC Asia’s Director of Global Programs is looking for a committed and motivated young professional to become our General Manager for the new Seoul Internship Program which will accept a first intake of participants in May 2019.

The multifaceted role combines:

  • Establishing and operating an office and program team in Seoul from January 2019
  • Partnership building/Business Development with relevant organisations in the Seoul area
  • Program management including direct contact with participants on the CRCC Asia Seoul program
  • HR, Finance and Operational Management

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree education, preferably in a business related field
