Title: Digital Marketing Manager
Location: London or Philadelphia
Hours of duty: Monday – Friday 0930-1800 hrs.

Position:
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to be based in either our Philadelphia (US) or London (UK) office.  We have a strong online presence, and experience in marketing our programs through many online channels – we’ve been running for 10 years and have sent over 6250 people on our programs. We are now looking to bring all our online capabilities under one roof and find an expert to assist and improve them!

You will be responsible for:

  • Managing the company’s SEO and SEM strategies, budgets and implementation
  • Creating or co-creating marketing campaigns and analysing their success
  • Developing and finessing our social media strategy and content
  • Design of marketing materials
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
  • Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
  • Website maintenance and integration with CRM and payment systems
  • CRM best practice and company wide usage
  • Keeping the company up to date with new technology and trends
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Generating and creating innovative Digital Marketing strategies to allow CRCC Asia to maintain status as industry leader in the International Sector

Desirable Skills / Mindset:

  • You have new ideas (from best practice or innovation) and take an experiment-led approach: you try new things, track/measure them and quickly work out which ones work
  • You’re self-sufficient: you know (or can quickly learn) everything you need for doing digital marketing yourself – give us evidence of something you’ve taught yourself.
  • Proficient in using Google Analytics and using data to inform tactics/strategy
  • Experience in setting up and optimising Google Adwords campaigns (including experience with landing pages)
  • Experience of SEO techniques (e.g. content marketing) and tools (e.g. Search Console, AdWords or Moz)
  • Experience of managing marketing campaigns, ideally in a similar industry or student/university facing campaigns
  • Experience managing social media, particularly facebook user engagement
  • Previous advanced use of one or more CRM systems
  • Email marketing experience (with an ESP like Mailchimp or paired with a CRM).
  • Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development and constraints (experience managing WordPress sites/templates advantageous).

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Currently, the Australian team is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join their team. This role will be essential in growing enrollments, expanding University and Government relations, assisting applicants through the application and visa process. Provide in depth personal and professional development to applicants. As well as develop meaningful and engaging digital marketing content for our global teams.

Main responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to:

Admissions:

  • Conduct daily advising sessions with applicants
