Case Study 1 - CRCC Asia assisted a German backed media company to develop relationships with the Tianjin metro system, including negotiating the rights to install in-tunnel advertising on the whole of the system with the relevant company in Tianjin. The client was already registered in China and had several contacts but the business was struggling to develop and they were unable to secure crucial contacts with Chinese partners. CRCC was able to call upon its own network and make the necessary introductions to get the breakthrough contract signed. CRCC offered continued support thereafter and helped to maintain the relationship upon implementation.

Case Study 2 – CRCC Asia often conducts detailed due-diligence on behalf of Western companies looking to invest into China or hoping for specific knowledge of Chinese companies.
