 Working in conjunction with the International Finance Corporation (IFC) to provide assessment of corporate governance for Chinese companies seeking investment or looking to list overseas.
 The service includes assessment of current corporate governance and fully comprehensive report with recommendations for improvement.

Case Study : This is a new service being offered by CRCC Asia and two CRCC Beijing office members of staff have been trained and certified by the World Bank to conduct such assessments.

Using similar materials and standards, the IFC has assessed the corporate governance of hundreds of companies in Europe, America and the former Soviet States, helping them to improve their structural efficiency and become more attractive for investment from the IFC or other sources.

CRCC looks forward to future cooperation with the IFC and to helping Chinese companies to improve their corporate governance, increase profits and seek investment where necessary.
