CRCC Asia runs a professional internship program that links companies in Beijing to ambitious and hard working European, American, and international graduates. Our services include providing you with a student or recent graduate from a top university to work in your company for 1 or 2 months at no cost to your company. We provide you with a selection of suitable CVs and we handle logistical issues such as visa processing, airport pickup and arranging accommodation for the interns.

A Typical Intern:

  • Aged between 20 – 27
  • Speaks fluent English and often Spanish, French, German or Italian
  • Holds a top university degree or is currently studying at a top tier European, American, or international university
  • Is passionate about China and keen to learn more about a Chinese work environment

Research & Presentations

Our interns are all fully prepared to do a variety of projects for your company, including market research and competitor analysis. Through this sort of research, our interns help the companies they work for understand the ever-changing markets and competitive environments in which they work.

Whether you are looking to expand domestically, internationally or simply want a better view of your current market environment, through market research our interns can help your company make more informed decisions. Similarly, comprehensive competitor analyses can help you understand in which areas you enjoy a competitive advantage and which areas need improvement.

Using Microsoft Office tools like Word, PowerPoint and Excel your intern can create multimedia reports of their findings and conclusions. Using Excel CRCC Asia interns can manipulate data using charts and graphs to help clarify important conclusions. With Microsoft Word your interns can write up comprehensive reports for reference, and with PowerPoint they can present their findings to relevant company officials.

On a related note, their PowerPoint skills can also be put to use to rework existing company presentations to make them sleeker and smoother, or more suitable for an international audience.

Website Analysis

Using several online resources like Google Analytics, your intern can also help your company evaluate and optimise your website performance. For example, they can evaluate how well your website is doing compared to those of your competitors, and lay out in which areas your website is doing well or needs improvement.

These skills can also be put to use for your marketing efforts. Online advertising is more important today than ever. Using the tools available to them, your interns can analyse what kind of online advertising opportunities are best suited for your company’s target audience.

A International Perspective

All of the interns CRCC Asia places are either foreign nationals or have spent an extensive amount of time studying abroad. As such, they understand international ways of thinking, including marketing strategies, current cultural trends and consumer behaviour. Our interns can help your company understand what practices are likely to be effective in an international context.

Correspondence & Proofreading

Our interns can proofread your English documents, advertisements and presentations, checking both for grammar as well as meaning. They can also assist with any English-language correspondence for which your company may need support.

What sort of organizations we are looking for?

Companies participating on our program must be located in Beijing. We are open to large international and smaller domestic companies, which are looking to increase their exposure to the international community. We expect that all companies will:

  • Provide a welcoming company environment to the intern
  • Offer challenging and relevant work experience that will be of benefit to the intern
  • Ensure that there is one member of staff who speaks English and can instruct the intern regarding his or her job role
