CRCC Asia is proud to announce our partnership with Australia-China Youth Association (ACYA). ACYA is a not-for-profit organization which caters to Australians interested in China and Chinese interested in Australia. With active chapters in Beijing and Shanghai and 8 university chapters in Australia, ACYA continuously fosters meaningful cross-cultural engagement through education, careers and people-to-people events.
ACYA also runs the Australia-China Youth Professionals Initiative (ACYPI) for postgraduate students and young professionals. ACYPI holds events in Melbourne, Canberra, Sydney, Shanghai and Beijing with leaders in business, government and academia discussing issues of the Sino-Australian relationship. It provides a great opportunity for young professionals with a common interest in Australia-China relations to come together.
Australia-China Youth Dialogue (ACYD) is another ACYA program that promotes meaningful engagement between young adults in China and Australia who are interested in furthering Australia-China relations. The ACYD encourages youth to take an interest in Sino-Australian relations and brings youth from both countries together to forge deeper connections for the future.
CRCC Asia looks forward to working with ACYA in the upcoming year providing China Internship opportunities for Australians and supporting ACYA’s mission by encouraging more Australians to take an interest in China. This March CRCC Asia will be traveling from Shanghai to visit ACYA chapters in Melbourne and Sydney. Contact your local university chapter president to find out more details.
