CRCC Asia has worked hard over the past 5 years to bring China and the West closer through building business and building relations. The consulting work of the senior staff has helped businesses to thrive in the Chinese markets, and the internships and courses build mutual understanding and relationship with China.
With offices in London, Beijing, Shanghai, Pennsylvania and coming soon, San Francisco, the CRCC Asia network is constantly growing.
The companies that CRCC Asia has worked with range from vast multinationals such as PricewaterhouseCoopers, KPMG, Ogilvy and Lehman Brown, to Chinese success stories like Lenovo, China BGCapital and Caijing.
Our China Internship Program is especially committed to China, as our underlying belief is that China will play an ever more prominent role on the world stage of tomorrow. With this in mind, we want young people from all over the world to be able to gain a real understanding of what Chinese business is all about. We provide business culture seminars and Chinese lessons, and place our interns into leading companies throughout Beijing and Shanghai.
The judges felt that CRCC’s Internship Programme not only fostered business links between the UK, the US and China, but also helped to improve cross-cultural understanding between the West and the Far East.
Our director, Edward Holroyd Pearce attended the event, and commented that “As a company we are honoured to have been acknowledged with the New Horizons award. We have been working in partnership with major companies in China and the UK to try and increase the number of graduates who are well versed in the business and social cultures of both countries”
Daniel Nivern, CRCC Asia’s other director, said “We were delighted that the judges highlighted the fact that CRCC is providing fantastic graduate opportunities in China during a time in which such opportunities in the UK are scarce. We are committed to investing in the region and expect our relationship with China to be long term and beneficial to all involved. It is great that our work so far has been recognised”
In 2012 CRCC Asia was proud to receive the award of Entrepreneur of the Year from the British Business Awards, the awards sponsored by multinational firms such as BP and Costa Coffee with involvement from the British Council and UK Trade and Investment, are a program designed to recognise and promote the enterprise and endeavour of British businesses in China.
