We have regional Pre-Departure in London, Madrid, San Francisco, Shawnee, Sydney and Venice, which means that interns are always welcome to call us during working hours from Monday to Friday.
We will be happy to take your call and answer any questions you may have in relation to your placement or at any time during your program. If you wish us to speak to parents or other decision makers regarding participation in this program, we are more than happy to help.
#2 24/7 Support
We have over 30 people working in our offices in Beijing, Hong Kong, Shanghai and Shenzhen, to ensure that you are well supported during your program in China. We have on the ground teams comprising of various nationalities including Chinese, British, American, Australian, German and many more.
Our teams have been trained to ensure that interns are well looked after and are able to contact a Program Manager 24 hours a day.
Our accommodation has been inspected and is of a high standard and we never ask interns to share a room with another intern or live in a dormitory.
We do not believe that this would be in the spirit of our program and think it is important that our interns feel comfortable in their living quarters.
We have sent over 3000 people to China on our various programs over an eightyear period, and have received excellent feedback.
We call upon this experience to ensure that we do everything to provide an excellent program to our participants.
#5 Company Network
We work with a huge network of companies to ensure that our interns are well matched in their placement.
We have been working with a majority of the same companies in China for over 8 years now and have created strong rapport and business relations within all.
#6 Due Diligence
We visit each company in advance and provide each intern with a job and company description before they arrive at the company.
We also ensure there is an on site English speaking staff member at each company for our interns to liaise with with any concerns or questions they may have.
Our work has been recognized internationally and we have received awards and widespread media attention for the work that we are doing. CRCC Asia won the Cathay Pacific China Business Award for 2010 for its work in promoting relations between China and the West, and the British Business Award in 2012 for engaging China with the global community.
