Amanda earned her B.A. at Gettysburg College where she studied Spanish and International Relations. While at Gettysburg College, she studied abroad in Spain and did a summer internship in Nicaragua. After graduation, she worked as a consultant for private high schools in the United States who were developing international student programs and recruiting abroad in China. She became even more interested in international education and decided to return to school for a M.A. in International Education and Intercultural Relations at Lesley University. During graduate school and afterward, she worked at Boston University’s ESL school in admissions. She is passionate about working with students looking to gain international experience and knowledge.
Amanda tries to travel as much as possible, both in the United States and internationally. In her free time she enjoys running, hiking, and baking.
