YOUR ROLE

CRCC Asia is looking for a passionate sales and results-oriented individual, ideally based in the Kansai region or currently in Japan to join our growing team. The Business Development Associate will be responsible for growing CRCC Asia’s network of partner host companies and supporting them as they host our participants. 

Our Business Development team focuses on three main areas: Lead Generation, Lead Nurturing, and Client Management. The position will work collaboratively with our regional and global teams to strengthen existing partnerships as well as establish new relationships.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

Lead Generation

  • Responsible for outreaching suitable Host Companies by using mailshots, social media and events 
  • Establish new Host Company leads through referrals, partnership building with Chambers of Commerce and Business Networks and more

Lead Nurturing and Development

  • Manage existing Host Companies portfolio
  • Develop, conduct, and evaluate campaigns to initiate contact with new Host Companies in Japan and other locations if needed
  • Keep Host organisations up to date with our programs and relevant information
  • Vett Host Companies to check they are in line with H&S protocols and suitable for our internship programs

Client Management

  • Responsible for evaluating participants profiles and effectively ‘matching’ them to a suitable Host Company
  • Engage with participants to establish specific needs, requirements and opportunities available on our programs
  • Assist the Program Management Team with participants welfare if issues arise in the workplace
  • Assisting with Host Company documentation needed for participants’ Visa
  • Ensure data is accurate, complete and updated in our CRM
  • Check in with Host Company during and the internship program regarding interns’ progress, and follow up after the program ends for further feedback.

EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATION

  • 1-3 years of business development related experience

Program Coordinator

Introduction to the role

As our internship programs in Asia continue to impress our participants, university partners, and government education authorities, CRCC Asia is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to assist our Program Management Team.

The role combines:

  • Organising, delivering and evaluating the calendar of events for our Ho Chi Minh City Internship Programs
  • Pastoral care and support for our participants in CRCC Asia Ho Chi Minh City Program
  • Responsible for the overall supervision of participants with the aim of providing a healthy, safe, meaningful, and enjoyable study-abroad experience
  • Act as the primary point of contact for interns safety and security during emergency situations
  • Liaising with service providers and stakeholders linked to the program
  • Organising logistics for University Partners where needed, including tours around Vietnam

The position offers a unique professional opportunity related to a variety of fields including customer service, event management, higher education, international education, career development, and travel and tourism.

Requirements:

  • Fluent Vietnamese and English language skills
  • Current students or recent grads are encouraged to apply
  • Previous experience in the Study Abroad Industry, Customer Service, Program Management, Event Planning and Management, or another related industry
  • Organisation skills with acute attention to detail, ability to multitask and prioritise duties in a dynamic work environment
  • Understanding of CRCC Asia business model, company culture, and internship programs
  • Flexible and adaptable to ever-changing situations and demands
  • Experience with crisis management, mediation and conflict resolution
  • Previous experience/knowledge of the Ho Chi Minh City metropolitan area is crucial

Tasks and responsibilities:

  • Create and implement a program calendar consisting of business, cultural, and volunteer events aimed at enriching participants’ knowledge of Vietnamese society, culture, and business
  • Provide quality assistance and care to international students on ground (incl. emergency support, culture shock support, and adjusting to life in Vietnam)
  • Perform other program management tasks during internship program dates, including (but not limited to) event organisation & management, logistics, and issue-resolution, assisting with the visa procedures
  • Liaise with Business Development Team to ensure internship feedback is received
  • Work with University Partnership Managers to ensure program adheres to the requirements of bespoke or customised programs
  • Monitor and maintain CRM system to ensure placement progress, incidents, and events reporting for participants is kept up to date
  • Manage program and operational budgets alongside the CRCC Asia finance team and city Program Lead

YOUR ROLE 

As a Senior Marketing Manager, you will lead marketing efforts aimed at attracting a diverse pool of international students, driving enrollment, and expanding the company’s global presence. This role requires tactical marketing expertise in all areas of marketing, and strong management ability. The ideal candidate will have an in-depth understanding of all elements of marketing in an international setting, adept in strategy and leadership, excellent in verbal and written communication, innovative and take ownership of their team’s projects and initiatives.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Strategic Planning
  • Develop comprehensive marketing strategies for our programs that align with the company’s objectives and brand positioning
  • Analyse international education trends, market demands, and cultural nuances to identify opportunities and tailor marketing approaches.
  • Define clear goals and KPIs for the team including international students enrollment, program visibility, and brand recognition globally.
  1. Team Leadership 
  • Manage and mentor team members through meetings and 1 on 1 sessions, overseeing all areas of Marketing and ensuring goals are met.
  • Do frequent review of team’s performance, identify areas of improvement for the team members and provide prompt training where needed.
  1. Process & team optimization
  • Proactively identify areas of improvement for the team and execute accordingly
  • Build/revamp SOP

  1. Budget Management and Resource Allocation
  • Manage budgets effectively, allocating resources to optimise marketing campaigns in different international markets.
  • Prioritise initiatives based on ROI and strategic goals for global expansion.
  1. Tracking & Reporting
  • Analyse campaign performance and KPIs, adjusting strategies based on data-driven insights
  • Provide meaningful reports to the management team with clear actionable items.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experiences: minimum 3 years in related roles, have experiences in leading a high-performing team, preferably within the international education sector.
  • Ability to develop and execute marketing and sales strategies that align with organisational objectives.
  • In-depth knowledge of content and digital marketing strategy, including ads campaign, SEO, email marketing platforms, marketing automation tools, B2C/B2B database platforms and CRM systems.
  • Result-oriented, demonstrated success in meeting KPI  & company’s objectives
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices, compliance regulations, able to adapt quickly to changing market dynamics and industry trends.
