ROLE

CRCC Asia is looking for a passionate and sales orientated individual to join our growing team. The Business Development Associate will be responsible for growing CRCC Asia’s network of partner host companies and supporting them as they host our participants. Our Business Development  team focuses on three main areas: Lead Generation, Lead Nurturing and Client Management. The position will work collaboratively with our regional and global teams to strengthen existing partnerships as well as establish new relationships

 

Responsibilities:

 

Lead Generation –

  • Support the development of an email outreach campaign targeting suitable potential Host Companies
  • Establish new Host Company leads through referrals with existing Host organisations, partnership building with Chambers of Commerce and Business Networks and through establishing a sustainable email marketing campaign
  • Use mailshots, social media and events to innovatively outreach to potential Host Companies

 

Lead Nurturing and Development –

  • Manage a portfolio of Existing Host Companies ahead of the relaunch of our international internship programs in 2022
  • Develop, conduct, and evaluate campaigns to initiate contact with new Host Companies in China, Japan, Korea, Vietnam and the UK
  • Keep Host organisations up to date with our programs and relevant information
  • Vett Host Companies (with the support of our on the ground teams) to check they are inline with H&S protocols and suitable for our programs

 

 

 

Client Management-

  • Responsible for evaluating participants profiles and effectively ‘matching’ them to a suitable Host Company
  • Engage with participants to establish specific needs, requirements and opportunities available on our programs
  • Assist the Program Management Team with participants welfare if issues arise in the workplace
  • Assisting with Host Company documentation needed for participants Visa’s
  • Keep information up to date in our CRM system

 

PREFERRED SKILLS

  • 1-3 years experience in business development or account management

The role combines:

  • Organizing, delivering and evaluating the calendar of events for our HCMC Internship Programs
  • Pastoral Care and support for our participants on CRCC Asia HCMC Programs
  • Responsible for the overall supervision of participants with the aim of providing a healthy, safe, meaningful and enjoyable study abroad experience
  • Act as the primary point of contact for interns safety and security during emergency situations
  • Organizing logistics for University Partners where needed, including tours around Vietnam

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree education

Introduction to the role

As our internship programs in Asia continue to impress our participants, university partners, and government education authorities, CRCC Asia is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated recent graduate to assist our Program Management Team

The role combines:

  • Organizing, delivering and evaluating the calendar of events for our HCMC Internship Programs
  • Pastoral Care and support for our participants on CRCC Asia HCMC Programs
  • Responsible for the overall supervision of participants with the aim of providing a healthy, safe, meaningful and enjoyable study abroad experience
  • Act as the primary point of contact for interns safety and security during emergency situations
  • Organizing logistics for University Partners where needed, including tours around Vietnam

Requirements:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree education
  • Previous experience in the Study Abroad Industry, Customer Service, Program Management, Event Planning and Management or another related industry essential
  • Organization skills with acute attention to detail, ability to multitask and prioritize duties in a dynamic work environment
  • Understanding of CRCC Asia business model, company culture, and internship programs
  • Flexible and adaptable to ever changing situations and demands
  • Experience with crisis management, mediation and conflict resolution
  • Previous experience/knowledge of the HCMC area crucial
  • Fluent English and fluency in Vietnamese
  • Outgoing personality, genuine care for the well-being and success of the participant

 

Tasks and responsibilities:

 

  • Develop a calendar of cultural, business and community outreach events and provide program evaluation
  • Provide pastoral care to all participants during their program (issues may range from logistical or cultural support to emergency situations)
  • Perform other program management tasks during internship program dates, including (but not limited to) events organization & management, logistics, and issue-resolution, assisting with the visa procedures
  • Liaise with the Business Development Team to ensure internship feedback is received
  • Work with University Partnership Managers to ensure program adheres to the requirements of bespoke or customised programs
  • Monitor and maintain CRM system to ensure placement progress, incidents, and events reporting for participants is kept up to date
  • Manage program and operational budgets alongside the CRCC Asia finance team and city GM

ROLE

CRCC Asia is looking for a passionate and sales orientated individual to join our growing team. The Business Development Associate will be responsible for growing CRCC Asia’s network of partner host companies and supporting them as they host our participants. Our Business Development  team focuses on three main areas: Lead Generation, Lead Nurturing and Client Management. The position will work collaboratively with our regional and global teams to strengthen existing partnerships as well as establish new relationships

 

Responsibilities:

 

Lead Generation –

  • Support the development of an email outreach campaign targeting suitable potential Host Companies
  • Establish new Host Company leads through referrals with existing Host organisations, partnership building with Chambers of Commerce and Business Networks and through establishing a sustainable email marketing campaign
  • Use mailshots, social media and events to innovatively outreach to potential Host Companies

 

Lead Nurturing and Development –

  • Manage a portfolio of Existing Host Companies ahead of the relaunch of our international internship programs in 2022
  • Develop, conduct, and evaluate campaigns to initiate contact with new Host Companies in China, Japan, Korea, Vietnam and the UK
  • Keep Host organisations up to date with our programs and relevant information
  • Vett Host Companies (with the support of our on the ground teams) to check they are inline with H&S protocols and suitable for our programs

 

 

 

Client Management-

  • Responsible for evaluating participants profiles and effectively ‘matching’ them to a suitable Host Company
  • Engage with participants to establish specific needs, requirements and opportunities available on our programs
  • Assist the Program Management Team with participants welfare if issues arise in the workplace
  • Assisting with Host Company documentation needed for participants Visa’s
  • Keep information up to date in our CRM system

 

PREFERRED SKILLS

  • 1-3 years experience in business development or account management
  • Links or experience of working with Businesses and networks in Seoul
  • Experience of higher education and/or international education
  • Passion for travel and education
  • Creative, entrepreneurial, and flexible
  • Organization and project management skills
  • Able to effectively prioritize requests and projects
  • Prompt and effective communicator via email and telephone
  • Self-motivated and independent, able to take ownership of tasks
