Head of Programs

Company Profile:

CRCC Asia is an international education organization that facilitates international professional development programs in 8 cities in 5 countries globally: China, Japan, Vietnam, South Korea and England. CRCC Asia has been in operation for 12 years, partners with 65+ universities and governmental bodies globally, and has sent 9,000+ students abroad through its award winning internship programs. CRCC Asia’s internship programs take place across a variety of dynamic sectors, including business, finance, engineering, law, and much more. CRCC Asia has over 50 staff members worldwide, with offices in Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Tokyo, Osaka, Ho Chi Minh, Seoul, Manchester, London, Philadelphia and Brisbane.

 

The Role:

CRCC Asia is looking for a diligent, creative and proactive individual to assume the position of Head of Programs. The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day running of the 9 program offices in China, Japan, Korea, Vietnam, UK, and an additional TBC location in Asia.

 

The development of CRCC Asia programs for 2020 will be conducted into the following phases:

  1. Fall/Winter 2019- Director of Programs, Director of University Partnerships, Director of Finance and COO to define and initiate program improvements and initiatives for summer 2020. This will include refining existing Program Management & Business Development processes,adopting industry best practices for international work/study programs,  defining participant to Host Companies ratios, reviewing PM/BDM manual, reviewing program budgets and seamlessly integrating CRCC Asia’s online professional development platform, CareerBridge into program events and components.
  2. Winter 2019/Spring 2020- Head of Programs to lead implementation, roll-out and maintenance of new improvements and initiatives across all locations, including initial and ongoing training of program staff.

 

The Head of Programs will report directly to the Director of Programs and will be responsible for:

  • Monthly monitoring of KPIs for GMs, BDs, PMs
  • Ensuring placements meet CRCC Asia standards and parameters 
  • First-line of response for GM-level issues
  • Monitoring of program budgets and finance reporting systems (alongside Director of Finance)
  • Accountable for program feedback for all locations 
  • GM Recruitment: Advertising & First stage interview (final stage interviews by Director of Programs)
  • Programming Offices (PM&BD) Recruitment: Final stage interviews (first stage interviews and advertising by GM)
  • Training: Developing and implementing monthly training for GMs, BDs, PMs
  • Ensuring health and safety policies with regards to 3rd party providers are comprehensively adhered to

 

The Requirements:

  • Experience as a manager of teams/departments 
  • Highly organized (able to manage and prioritise multiple projects and tasks)
  • Excellent interpersonal skills: accountable for communicating projects, goals and incentives to approx. 40 staff 
  • Rational and well-considered decision maker, able to make assessments in situations where information is incomplete or there is ambiguity to a scenario  
  • Excellent verbal and written English language skills; Fluency in one or more of the following languages is advantageous: Chinese, Japanese, Vietnamese or Korean
  • Problem solving skills. Proactive mindset, ability to mediate effectively and offer solutions to complex problems
  • Strong understanding and alignment  of CRCC Asia’s company culture, procedures, and people

Role Introduction

In this exciting role, you will be working alongside CRCC Asia’s global team managing SEO. Your strong technical SEO background and proven track record of growing audiences, increasing page rank and exposure into the millions will set you up for this rewarding challenge and you’ll have the opportunity to learn and develop in a high performing, dynamic and growing  marketing team. CRCC Asia’s web presence in its current form is not bad, but it could be significantly better. Whilst huge efforts have been made to improve our SEO with some success, now is the time to truly elevate this area of the business with an SEO guru, you! 

SEO Skills and Qualifications Required:

  • 3+ Years SEO Experience with a proven track record
  • Experience of working on very large websites with vast amounts of content and a multitude of different marketing channels.
  • Experience creating strong SEO strategy with the ability to implement effectively
  • Strong understanding of on-page, off-page and technical SEO.
  • A thorough understanding of whitehat backlink growth strategies with effective implementation techniques.

Additional Attributes:

  • Interest in study abroad and/or education and/or travel fields highly desirable 
  • Diligent self-starter able to work towards deadlines
  • Ability to multitask, think logically and provide quick decisions on problem solving situations

Tasks and responsibilities:

As CRCC Asia’s SEO Manager, you will report directly to the company’s Digital Marketing Manager and will undertake the following tasks;

  • Create solid, dynamic and implementable company wide SEO strategy
  • Conduct frequent and thorough keyword research and optimise website pages accordingly.
  • Create backlink growth strategy and implement effectively
  • Act as a gateway for all online digital content, SEO all content prior to it being taken live. 
  • Create, edit, manage and maintain web pages & posts and/or applications that support company initiatives.
  • Further optimize the website, media and content for search engines.
  • Undertake periodic, tracked and results driven sitewide A/B testing.
  • Implement appropriate security measures to safeguard data and restrict access appropriately, in compliance with GDPR. 
  • Monitor and analyze web-related statistics; identify trends in the nature, frequency, and types of services requested, and use this data to continually improve content and quality of services.

Tasks and responsibilities:

As CRCC Asia’s Digital Content & Social Media Manager, you will report directly to the company’s Digital Marketing Manager and will undertake the following tasks;

  • Supporting and developing the social and content surrounding our brand, vision and internships. 
  • Collaborate with the digital marketing team to develop and execute content marketing plans
  • Involved in generating ideas for creative content campaigns and support with the delivery of them 
  • Create, implement and maintain an intern/alumni content acquisition strategy.
  • Conduct interviews with Interns and alumni for publication across all channels. 
  • Write engaging and informative content for website pages, posts, newsletters, external advertisement platforms, PPC campaigns, affiliate marketing, blogs, and social media.
  • Amplify content and create engagement effectively across all social media channels
  • Managing, developing and growing the social media strategies to increase brand awareness across platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter and Instagram
  • Be involved in building relationships with key influencers and other stakeholders within the business

Alumni Relations Manager
Position: Alumni Relations Manager
Location: Ho Chi Minh City

CRCC Asia currently has 8 office locations worldwide supporting admissions, university relations, program development and in country support. CRCC Asia employs a diverse workforce from over 10 different countries working within multiple time zones allowing for cross-cultural collaboration and expertise. The role of Alumni Manager will be based in our Ho Chi Minh City Office.  

 

Role :
The Alumni Relations Manager will manage the relationship with all CRCC Asia alumni (participants who have completed a CRCC Asia program). The role is to ensure that: (1) CRCC Asia continues to provide a service to alumni after their program (2) CRCC Asia can leverage it’s 8000+ alumni for activities such as careers fairs, info sessions, and employment workshops.

 

The Alumni Relations Manager will also be responsible for devising and managing global initiatives such as obtaining testimonials/success stories, curating newsletters,  launching a campus ambassador scheme, and collecting alumni data (e.g. employment status after a program),

 

This role is perfect for a recent graduate seeking an opportunity with significant autonomy and creativity, alongside the chance to  live in one of South East Asia’s most dynamic and vibrant cities! 

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Conducting monthly ‘Welcome to the alumni network’ calls with participants who have recently finished their program
  • Writing, editing, and designing the monthly alumni newsletter
  • Maintaining Facebook and Linkedin Alumni Groups 
  • Sourcing alumni that will join our University Relations team at career/study abroad fairs or info sessions in the US, Australia, UK, and Mainland Europe
  • Arranging bi-annual alumni networking opportunities in the US, UK, and Australia
  • Developing an automated process for obtaining alumni employment data post-program
  • Working with the Senior Management on an alumni referral scheme – including discounts & other benefits
  • Exploring an alumni donation scholarship 
  • Devising and managing an annual Campus Ambassador scheme
  • Approaching alumni about hosting one of our interns at their host companies
  • Ensuring participants submit a testimonial and/or success story after program completion
  • Working with the Digital Marketing team to highlight alumni achievements through social media and/or the website

Requirements

 

  • You must be a university graduate and willing to relocate (or live) in Vietnam
  • Creative! You’ll have some copywriting and editorial skills (for our newsletters) along with a desire to 
  • Love people: As the main point of contact for all our alumni, you are the face of the company after someone finishes a program, so we want someone that loves to engage and build relationships!
  • Can Do Attitude! We’ll give you as much responsibility as you can handle, as soon as you’re ready. In return, we ask that you always go into every project or task with a mindset of ‘making things happen’
